Why FairEntry?
We use FairEntry to streamline exhibit registration, results, and overall fair management. This online system makes the process more efficient and user-friendly for everyone—especially the dedicated volunteers and superintendents who keep our fair running smoothly year after year!
Getting Started with FairEntry
- Visit the FairEntry registration portal: FairEntry.com or search "Skamania County Fair" on the FairEntry website
- Create your account (first-time users) or log in with your existing credentials
- Select your department(s) and enter your exhibit information
- Register all entries for each family member before proceeding to the Payment section
- Click "Submit" when you've completed your entries—entries aren't final until submitted!
- Check your email for two confirmations:
- First email: Your entry list and any related fees
- Second email: Confirmation that your entries have been approved by the fair
Quick Tips for Success
- Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience (older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior)
- Register everyone in your family at once before moving to payment
- Don't forget to submit! Your entries aren't complete until you click that final Submit button
- Watch your inbox for both confirmation emails

What Happens After Registration?
Once you've submitted your entries through FairEntry, you'll receive confirmation and any additional instructions from your department superintendent. FairEntry also makes it easy to view results and awards after judging is complete—all in one convenient place.
